The Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our dynamic Customer Support team.
As the primary point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our service activities. Working closely with Customer Support Engineers, field service teams and internal departments, you will coordinate service requests, schedule engineers, manage customer communications and ensure that service activities are delivered effectively and within agreed timescales.
This is a fast-paced and varied role where organisation, communication and attention to detail are essential. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities while ensuring customers receive regular updates and a consistently high level of service.
The successful candidate will be proactive, solution-focused and confident working with customers and colleagues across the business. Experience using SAP Business One (SAP B1) and HubSpot CRM would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and service requests, providing professional and timely communication by phone, email and other channels.
Coordinate and schedule service appointments, allocating engineers and resources according to skills, qualifications, availability, workload and location.
Maintain accurate service records, work orders, customer interactions and service outcomes using systems including SAP Business One (SAP B1) and HubSpot CRM.
Monitor service schedules and progress, providing customers with regular updates and ensuring activities are completed within agreed timescales and service level requirements.
Support the Customer Support and Operations teams with administration, reporting, KPI tracking, customer feedback and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Service Administrator, Customer Service or similar operational support role.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience coordinating schedules, appointments, resources or field-based teams, ideally within an engineering, technical or service environment.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word; experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) and HubSpot CRM would be desirable.
