Job Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status.
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, quotations, and other related paperwork.
• Monitor import and export shipments and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve shipment-related issues promptly.
• Update shipment details and maintain accurate records in the SysFreight system.
• Provide administrative support and ensure efficient daily operations.
