Job Summary
Your key role is to support the Sales Team on all aspects of customer support in the fast-paced, high-growth electronics industry.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders accurately and confirm delivery dates
- Process weekly rescheduling requests and backlog reconciliation
- Communicate and proactively address potential delinquent deliveries
- Assist in inventory planning to optimize supply availability
- Manage customer shipment requests and expedite orders to meet urgent delivery needs
- Prepare and send weekly backlog and reschedule reports
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up to ensure timely payment collection
Requirements
Preferably working 2~3 years of customer service experience in electronics components business.
Minimum O level English and Mathematics.
Computer literate in MS Excel, MS Word and using ERP software
Must be able to pay attention to details
