Customer Service Coordinator

Rite Rug has been one of the top flooring providers for over 90 years! We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team!

$40,000 to $45,000 a year. Salary based on experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Coordinate customer service activities in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Research and resolve disputes
• Enter order information
• Process and schedule work orders
• Enter installer pay information and back charges
• Job cost invoices
• Post payments
• Respond to customer service issues
• Answer incoming telephone calls
• Maintain files
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

1. Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.
3. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
4. Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
5. Be able to work independently and problem solve.
6. Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
7. Possess the ability to handle a high volume call environment.
