Role Summary
TESIM Electric is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to provide responsive support to customers, vendors, and internal teams while keeping requests organized. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work.
What You’ll Do
• Receive calls and emails, document requests, and route them to the correct team.
• Provide timely status updates using approved information.
• Maintain service, contact, and follow-up records in company systems.
• Help resolve routine questions and escalate urgent or technical matters.
What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, or office experience preferred but not required.
• Clear written and verbal communication and a helpful, calm approach.
• Basic computer skills, dependability, and strong follow-through.

Accurate work, responsive communication, dependable attendance, organized records, respectful teamwork, and consistent follow-through.
