Role: Service Crew

As part of our Service Crew, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming families and guiding them through our playful experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist children and parents with DIY activities (Doll, Window Art, Table Top Play)
• Provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment for families
• Support daily operations, including setup and cleanup of activity stations
• Deliver excellent customer service with a cheerful and approachable attitude

Requirements

• Passion for working with children and families
• Friendly, patient, and energetic personality
• Team player with good communication skills
• Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays
