Customer Service cum Admin Assistant

We are a fast growing used car dealer in Singapore.
We established in 2021 and started off as a flooring and rental car company. 2022 we got our first showroom at AML building and started off as a used car dealer. And in 2026, we expanded to 2 showrooms at AML building.

• Data entry and filing

• Generate invoice

• Able to handle customer enquires

• Help customers to submit loan and insurance application

• Knowledge in MS Office

• Knowledge in Xero is an advantage

• Able to work independently

• Able to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers

• 5 / 5.5 days work week

• No experience needed

• Location: beside Ubi MRT
