Customer Service cum Shipping Specialist (Order Processing) (Up to $3,800) #JTL

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for complete order to cash process
• Process customer orders
• Provide sales support to designated countries, where applicable
• Coordinate the preparation of shipping documentation to customers
• Attend to customer complaints
• Handle customer request for samples

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 to 5 years of work experience in an MNC environment
• Sound knowledge in logistics and shipping
