Customer Service (Czech + English)

About the role

From Temps, on behalf of our client, a major multinational in the automotive sector, we are looking for Customer service customer support in Czech + high-level English.

What you'll do

- Customer service and supplier support, via telephone, email and/or chat.

What you'll get

- 3-month + 3-month contract via temporary agency and real possibility of joining the permanent staff.

-Salary: between 20,000 -25,000 € gross/annual

- Schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

- Hybrid work format

Requirements

- Previous experience in contact call centers, in customer service or similar.

- Native Czech speaker or proficiency in the Czech language.

- High level of English, as it is the official language of the company.
