Customer Service Domestic Voice Manager-BPS

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop personalized coaching and development plans for team members.

• Identify and address skill gaps within the team, facilitating training and development opportunities to enhance their capabilities.

• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of efforts.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to sales and customer interactions.

• Managing remote or distributed teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across multiple locations.

• Sales force automation tools usage and CRM systems to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Criteria :

(Must have)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

• Minimum 12 years of overall experience working in a telesales outbound sales process for domestic region with atleast 2 years at a Manager level

• Hands-on experience with Dialer strategies

• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
