HOW YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE WOULD LOOK LIKE:
● Answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude
● Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with
● Following the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction
● Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems
● Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide
Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?
● Language Maestro: Fluent in Dutch, good English
● Strong communication and active listening skills
● A problem-solving, can-do mindset
● Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools
● Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
● Availability to work in shifts
● EU passport or Greek work permit (special cases reviewed by legal)
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Minimum B2 English
● C1+ level in the working language
