Customer Service Executive (2-Month Contract)
📍 Location: Marina One, Singapore
💰 Salary: Up to $2,500/month
📅 Contract Period: Mid-November 2026 to Mid-January 2027
Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
Perform basic transaction checks and verify forms and supporting documents.
Meet customers in person when required to explain policy features, benefits and available options.
Understand customers’ concerns regarding policy surrender and help them explore suitable alternatives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups and outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
Assist with other customer service and administrative duties as required.
