Airfreight Customer Service Executive

Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM;

alternate Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

About the Role

Our client is seeking an Airfreight Customer Service Executive to join its co-loading team. You will coordinate cargo bookings, liaise with airlines and shipment partners, and provide timely updates to customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily air cargo bookings and respond to customer enquiries.
• Secure cargo capacity with airlines and confirm booking arrangements with customers.
• Advise customers on airline service requirements and shipment procedures.
• Enter flight reservations and maintain accurate booking records.
• Coordinate with customers, warehouses, airlines, customs and other parties on shipment requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and update customers on progress or changes.
• Build positive customer relationships and resolve service issues promptly.
• Provide accurate shipment information to the billing team for invoicing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in airfreight customer service, co-loading or a related field.
• Familiarity with the CCN system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Meticulous, adaptable and able to work independently.
• Able to work alternate Saturdays and support shift or weekend arrangements when required.
