About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join the airfreight logistics team. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, bookings, shipment documentation and tracking while coordinating closely with airlines, overseas agents and internal operations teams.
✈️ Your Responsibilities
- Handle customers' airfreight enquiries and process bookings accurately
- Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents and internal operations teams to ensure smooth and timely cargo movement
- Prepare and verify shipping and freight documentation according to regulatory and company requirements
- Proactively track shipments and provide customers with timely and accurate status updates
- Investigate customer concerns and resolve shipment and service issues promptly
- Maintain accurate operational and customer records
- Support daily logistics activities and contribute to continuous improvement in service quality
- Ensure customers receive professional and responsive service throughout the shipment process

- Customer service experience within the airfreight, freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Good knowledge of airfreight shipment processes and documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
