Customer Service Executive (Electronics Distributor / MNC)
Job Descriptions:
- Deliver high-quality customer service and meet monthly sales fulfilment.
- Manage quotations (RFQ/web), order processing, and billing documents.
- Handle rescheduling requests, customer complaints (RMA, delivery, claims), and contracts/forms.
- Ensure smooth fulfilment of samples, catalogues, and marketing materials.
- Prepare regular performance/complaint reports and support customer visits.
- Participate in meetings, stock takes, and handle calls within stipulated time.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Admin with 2–3 years’ electronics industry experience preferred.
- Material planning or related experience will be advantage.
