Customer Service Executive (Entry Level!! No Experience Needed!!) (YS81)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries, job requests, and service changes while ensuring accurate system updates.

• Coordinate with Operations to provide timely job updates and resolve service issues.

• Manage job documentation, PODs, and supporting records for accurate invoicing.

• Liaise with Accounts on billing enquiries, outstanding payments, and collection follow-ups.

• Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

• Work closely with Operations and Accounts to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or other related courses.
