Customer Service Executive - Freight Forwarding / North

- Mon-Fri, Sat(Half day, once every 3 months)

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Consol, Taobao shipments, import/export documentation
- Support sales team and coordinate with customers, transporters, and warehouse
- Prepare import/export/transshipment/D/O documents and verify costs
- Handle enquiries on rates, shipment tracking, and liaise with overseas agents
Job requirements:
- 1-2 years freight forwarding experience with knowledge of Incoterms 2010
- Possess experience in shipping documents (Import/Export/Transshipment/D/O release)
- Proficient in MS Office, meticulous with attention to detail
- Self-disciplined, proactive, adaptable, and a good team player
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and able to work independently
