Our client, a well-established MNC is seeking for a Customer Service Executive ( Frontline ) - MNC/Luxury brand - Up To $ 4,900.00 + Attractive Bonuses / MNC/ Central Area, 5 days work week, Office Hour
Requirements
- Min a Diploma or Degree in Customer Service Relation/ Hospitality / Tourism or relevant
- At least 3 to 5 years experience providing face to face Customer Service functions in a Automotive industry
- Experience in dealing with escalated cases and acting as mentor to Service Advisors
- Senior Service Advisors who wish to move to Corporate Executive role are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work in a fast pace environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, willing to learn and perseverance.
- Independent and team player
