Required Skills: - Strong customer care and handling skills. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. - Experience in an international voice process is a plus. - Knowledge of telecommunication and US healthcare is advantageous. - Familiarity with B2C sales and business development is preferred.
