Job Summary

Manage client relationships and supervise Customer Service Officers to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction in line with company and client standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients to ensure service satisfaction and smooth operations
• Act as the primary contact for clients on service matters, feedback, requests, and escalations to resolve issues effectively
• Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to review service standards, address concerns, and identify improvement opportunities
• Supervise and support Customer Service Officers/Concierges at assigned sites to ensure compliance with company and client requirements
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, grooming, and conduct, and address operational or service issues promptly
• Respond to staff welfare concerns and feedback by coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently
• Collaborate with Operations and internal departments to coordinate manpower arrangements and implement service improvements
• Prepare accurate service reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents to support operational transparency
• Track client feedback and follow up on corrective actions to maintain service quality and enhance client satisfaction
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management to support organizational goals
