Customer Service Executive

Job Scope :

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email

- Identify customer needs and provide accurate, relevant information and solutions

- Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and delivery orders (DO) accurately and efficiently

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests efficiently

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service quality
