Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive for our International Voice Process. This role is essential for providing exceptional service to our global customers, particularly in the US and Australia. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently. - Provide accurate information and support to customers, maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions. - Update and manage customer records in our systems to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions. - Meet performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics. - Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and compliance standards to maintain service integrity. Requirements: - A minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of experience in an international voice process is required. - Excellent verbal communication skills in English are essential for effective customer interaction. - Strong problem-solving abilities, active listening skills, and interpersonal skills are necessary to address customer needs effectively. - Flexibility to work in rotational US and Australian night shifts is required, along with the ability to adapt to changing schedules. - Candidates should be prepared for rotational days off, typically two days per week. - Immediate joiners are preferred to meet our staffing needs promptly.
