Customer Service Executive

1. Committed to doing everything possible to prevent injuries and to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
2. To support the OSH program and make safety and health a part of their daily routine, and ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations.
3. Responsible for Order Processing support (order processing, customer order verifications & follow-up with customer orders).
4. Prepare orders for the Planner and follow up with customers when there is incomplete information or documents.
5. Coordinate with booking agents or ship operators on the status of the supply schedule/vessel loading.
6. Collaborate closely with the planner to ensure timely supply and coordination.
7. Tally overall orders received at the end of the day to ensure all order is not missed.
8. Ensure all delivery orders are received (arrange dispatch) once the job is completed and forward to customers as proof of delivery.
9. Close job orders for billing once the job is completed.
10. Handle customers' complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
11. Foster long-term, sustainable relationships with customers by maintaining open, transparent and interactive communication, thereby building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• GCE ‘O’ Levels, ‘A’ Levels or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in Logistics operations, if has marine logistics experience will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, excel, outlook, etc)
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Capable of working independently and demonstrating a strong work ethic
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, showing flexibility and commitment to being a supportive team player
• Able to analyze processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Capable of performing well under pressure during peak periods, and willing to take on responsibilities

5 days work week
