Job Description:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the face of Prime Padel, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while learning the ropes of managing operations. This role is perfect for a fresh polytechnic graduate with a passion for media or sports, excellent communication skills, and a hunger to grow into a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, bookings, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of our Padel courts, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all customers.
- Support marketing and community-building initiatives to grow our customer base.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve services.
- Participate in management training programs to prepare for future leadership roles.
- Contribute to the development and execution of expansion plans across the region.
Requirements:
- Diploma from a polytechnic (business, comms/media, marketing or hospitality-related fields preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- Interest in sports and an eagerness to learn about Padel.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as part of career development.
