- Greet all customers with a smile upon entering Natureland, and to provide excellent service performance to customers.
- To answer enquiries and address feedback (both compliments and complaints) from customers. If necessary, escalate the feedback to the supervisor.
- To listen carefully to customers’ requests (including appointment bookings, service purchases, and memberships) and carry them out accurately.
- To interact with both internal and external customers clearly and politely.
- To clean and maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the counter.
- To perform administrative duties such as ensuring customers fill in the e-form for each visit, settling daily sales figures, and checking insurance packages.
- Ensure all customer sign in using the tablet providing their NRIC number and full name before the start of any services.
- Answer phone calls for reservations in a polite and professional manner.
- Monitor and respond promptly to reservations, queries, and complaints received via email and WhatsApp.
- Confirm service type and duration with customers, communicate politely without disturbing them.
- Oversee and update the outlet daily schedule board, including therapist assignments and room usage.
- Assign therapists appropriately to customers and ensure full understanding of retail products and service types.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking software and POS system, computer and IT skills/knowledge are an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per operational needs.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
