Customer Service Executive (Oil & Gas Manufacturing)**Hybrid
Job Summary
Manage inside sales and order processes while coordinating procurement and material sourcing to support manufacturing and engineering operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate commercial documentation and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Manage inside sales activities to drive order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Oversee order management processes to ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders
- Coordinate basic procurement and material sourcing to maintain inventory and production needs
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align sales, procurement, and operational goals
- Prepare and handle commercial documentation including quotations, contracts, and purchase orders to support business transactions
- Interpret engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM) to support procurement and order accuracy
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or other Engineering field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, oil & gas, industrial, or technical product sectors
