Customer Service Executive (Oil & Gas Manufacturing)*Up to $5500

Job Summary

Manage inside sales and order processes while coordinating procurement and material sourcing to support manufacturing and engineering operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate commercial documentation and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Manage inside sales activities to drive order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Oversee order management processes to ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders
• Coordinate basic procurement and material sourcing to maintain inventory and production needs
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align sales, procurement, and operational goals
• Prepare and handle commercial documentation including quotations, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices to support business transactions
• Interpret engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM) to support procurement and order accuracy

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or other Engineering field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, oil & gas, industrial, or technical product sectors
