We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for one of our esteemed clients in Gurgaon having experience into customer service , voice process , international voice .

Exp: - 6 Months and Above

Location:Gurgaon

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA

Shifts : Night Shifts

Job Description: -

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients and provide effective resolutions.
2. Address customer queries related to products, services, billing, and account-related issues.
3. Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
4. Resolve customer complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies and quality standards.
5. Maintain accurate customer records and update interaction details in the CRM system.
6. Meet performance targets related to call quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, and turnaround time.
7. Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills and be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
