Customer Service Executive (SAP / West area) #JEE

• Manage sales and purchase orders using ERP systems such as SAP.
• Coordinate order fulfilment, deliveries, returns and invoicing.
• Arrange export shipments and liaise with warehouses, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Prepare and verify export documents for customs clearance.
• Provide order and shipment updates to customers and internal teams.
• Maintain operational, billing and accounts receivable records.
• Support reporting and supply/demand planning with order, sales and inventory data.
