Customer Service Executive

-Manage customer’s feedback & enquiries(phone/email) in a professional manner.

-Build sustainable relationships with customers.

-Following up with customers

-Assist with administrative duties.

-May require responding to customer after office hours & weekends.

-make food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

-Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and daily specials.

-Recommend menu items based on customer preferences.

-Process payments and issue receipts accurately.

-Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order delivery.

-Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

-Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

-Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties as assigned.

Requirements:

-Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level, or equivalent qualification.

-Previous experience in the Food & Beverage, hospitality, or customer service industry is an advantage.

-Friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage data, prepare reports, use formulas and functions, and maintain accurate records efficiently.
