Customer Service Executive

Your Role

▪ Provide excellent administration service to all internal departments, intermediaries and clients

▪ Review client documentation and validate completeness and risk assessment

▪ Process new insurance applications and policy services including due diligence checks (ie. name screening, public domain searches, AML/ KYC and remediation to understand customer’s Source of Wealth (SOW) journey and corroboration

▪ Perform data entry of insurance applications and other post sales transactions

▪ Work with custodian banks on account openings and related account matters

▪ Manning Customer Service mailbox and respond to all types of correspondence (e.g. faxes, letters and emails), including compliant correspondence and resolutions

▪ Handle enquires on products and services from all internal departments, intermediaries and clients

▪ Preparation of management reports

▪ Assist in special projects where necessary and any other administrative tasks
