Customer Service Executive

Job Summary

You will support order management, production scheduling, and customer coordination to ensure seamless manufacturing operations and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communications and act as the main account liaison for assigned customers to address enquiries promptly
• Review and verify Purchase Orders for accuracy before confirming orders to prevent errors
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment
• Monitor order status and delivery timelines to guarantee on-time delivery to customers
• Expedite urgent orders and provide timely delivery updates to customers
• Assess production capacity availability and coordinate with operations to plan production schedules effectively
• Analyze customer usage trends, forecasts, and purchasing patterns to support capacity planning decisions
• Prepare detailed order reports, fulfilment status updates, and customer activity summaries for management review
• Manage escalations by resolving issues through cross-functional teamwork to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Execute additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or order fulfilment within a manufacturing environment
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing workflows, production planning, or ERP systems
• Strong coordination, multitasking, and communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Ability to stay task-oriented, organized, and perform well in a fast-paced environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in Sales Support or production planning functions is advantageous
