Customer Service Executive (Up to $3000 / 5 days / Jurong)

Job Title : Customer Service Executive (ID3615)
Location : Jurong
Working Hours: Mon -Fri 8:30am-5:30pm
Salary up to : $2500-$3000

Job Description
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on customer confirmations and purchase orders (POs).
• Coordinate work orders, maintain sales records, and prepare sales reports and documentation.
• Assist with communication link applications, down payment collection, security floor plans, and service agreements when required.
• Handle vendor approval forms and customer portal registrations.
• Send maintenance contract reminders and circulate company announcements.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships by providing customer service, following up on feedback, and supporting customer visits.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments (credit control).
• Collect and share market and competitor information, and support marketing and business development activities.
