Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Follow up on company-provided enquiries and warm leads
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable pest control solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records and service updates
- Conduct occasional site visits for inspections and customer follow-up
Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to build strong customer relationships
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- No experience required; training will be provided
- No cold calling or new customer sourcing required
