Customer Service Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries and providing accurate information to customers in a voice process environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in a dynamic BPO setting. Candidates with prior BPO experience will have an added advantage, but we also welcome HSC freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the customer service field. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive company image. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 20,000 to 57,000 INR take-home, along with the potential for unlimited incentives. Shift timings are rotational, and we provide a cab facility for our employees.
