Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries and providing accurate information to customers in a timely manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, particularly in English, as you will be interacting with customers over the phone. A willingness to work in a voice customer service process is essential. While prior BPO experience is an advantage, we welcome HSC freshers to apply, provided they are not regular college students. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive company image. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 20,000 to 57,000 INR take-home, along with the potential for significant incentives. Shift timings are rotational, and the working days are five per week. A cab facility is available for employees.
