Customer Service Executive (Warehouse & Logistics)

$2,800 – $3,100

Penjuru Lane, Jurong

Mon – Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate import, export, and inventory transfer activities.
Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Work closely with warehouse operations team on daily activities.
Monitor and support departmental KPIs.
Provide operational support when required, including after office hours or weekends.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred.
Knowledge of import/export procedures and WMS is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), including basic functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Table.
Willing to support operations after working hour when required or needed.
