Customer Service Executive

We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Experience Executive to be the friendly voice behind our school transportation services. You'll work closely with parents, guardians, schools, and our operations team to ensure every journey is safe, smooth, and on schedule.

🌟 What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different! You'll:

📞 Be the go-to contact for parents, guardians, and school representatives, providing prompt and professional support.🧩 Resolve transportation issues with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-focused mindset.🚌 Answer questions about bus routes, schedules, and transportation services with confidence.🤝 Partner with our operations team and schools to ensure students arrive safely and on time.📊 Prepare customer service reports, identify trends, and recommend ways to improve our service.📝 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service requests.📍 Support route planning and scheduling to keep operations running efficiently.💰 Assist with follow-ups on Accounts Receivable when required.🚀 Take on new challenges and projects as our business continues to grow.

🎯 We're Looking For Someone Who

Holds a Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.Has 1–3 years of customer service experience (experience in transportation or local/international schools is a bonus!).Communicates confidently with people from all walks of life.Is highly organized and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.Enjoys solving problems and stays calm under pressure.Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Can travel between school and office locations during working hours when required. Is available to start work at either 6:30AM or 7:00 AM.
