Job Description
Elityora is recruiting a Customer Service Expert fluent in Dutch to join an international and dynamic team in Lisbon, working with a leading company in the field of business mobility solutions, fleet management, and vehicle leasing.
In this role, you will provide support to business customers and drivers in the Dutch market, assisting with requests related to vehicle maintenance, repairs, and other mobility services.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from customers and drivers, providing assistance with vehicle maintenance, repairs, and general vehicle-related inquiries.
Manage customer requests received by email, ensuring clear, efficient, and timely responses.
Make outbound calls to coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance and repair appointments.
Provide information regarding fuel cards, documentation, and other mobility-related services.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to service quality.
Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes.
Requirements
Dutch: Fluent, C1/C2 level.
English: Good professional proficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using digital tools and computer systems.
Good organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to work in a team.
Legal right to work in Portugal.
What Our Client Offers
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rotating schedules between 08:00 and 17:30.
Employment Contract: Initial 12-month renewable contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract after two years.
Meal Allowance: Provided through a meal card.
Performance Bonus: Opportunity to earn a monthly productivity bonus based on performance and achieved targets.
Annual Leave and Bonuses: 22 days of annual leave, compensation days for Portuguese public holidays, and holiday and Christmas bonuses, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Professional Training: Five days of paid initial training, eight hours per day, subject to successful completion.
Private Health Insurance: Fully covered from the first day of the employment contract.
Modern Office Facilities: Work in a modern Lisbon office with dedicated workspaces, meeting rooms, and relaxation areas.
Accommodation Option: Eligible candidates may have the option to stay in a furnished company apartment, with utility costs included.
