Requirements
- Fluent in French & English
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 6 months of customer service/contact center experience
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and organized
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused
- Willing to work rotational shifts, including nights
- NIF & NISS required for employment in Portugal
