Join Our Signarama Team!

We’re looking for a friendly, creative, and motivated Customer Service & Graphic Design Specialist to join our growing Signarama team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in signs, printing, graphics, or a related field who wants to continue learning and build a career in the sign industry.

You’ll work with customers, create and prepare designs, provide estimates, and help coordinate projects from the initial idea to the finished product.

Adobe Illustrator experience is important, and experience with CoreBridge or Flexi/FlexiSIGN is a plus.

You don't need to know everything. We provide hands-on training and are looking for someone who is eager to learn, take on new responsibilities, and grow with our company.

What You'll Do:

• Help customers in person, by phone, and by email
• Create and edit artwork using Adobe Illustrator
• Prepare artwork for sign and print production
• Help customers choose sign options, materials, sizes, and colors
• Prepare estimates, quotes, proofs, and customer orders
• Use CoreBridge to help manage projects and customer information
• Coordinate projects with our production and installation team
• Learn about sign materials, printing, fabrication, and installation
• Help the team with other projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in signs, printing, graphics, or a related industry
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
• Friendly and comfortable working with customers
• Organized with good attention to detail
• Dependable, positive, and willing to learn
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Able to manage multiple projects
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Experience with CoreBridge, Flexi/FlexiSIGN, estimating, large-format printing, vinyl, vehicle graphics, or sign production is a plus.
