Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service HMO Officer to provide nutrition-related support and guidance to clients. The successful candidate will assess clients' dietary needs, develop personalized nutrition plans, and offer ongoing support to help them achieve healthier lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities

* Meet with clients to assess their dietary needs based on their health status, exercise routine, and eating habits.
* Develop and assist in implementing personalized nutrition plans.
* Provide guidance on healthy living and monitor clients' progress.
* Manage and coordinate the consultation calendar to ensure efficient scheduling.
* Explain nutrition-related information in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
* Educate clients on the benefits of maintaining a healthy diet.

Requirements

* In-depth knowledge of biochemistry, research methods, and human physiology.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to educate and support clients effectively.
