Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end shipment coordination

• Liaise with customers, overseas agents, carriers and internal teams

• Prepare shipping documentation

• Coordinate bookings and shipment tracking

• Resolve operational and customer service issues promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of freight forwarding experience

• Strong experience in Ocean Freight operations (Air Freight knowledge is a plus)
