Customer service in the financial sector with German
👔 We are looking for committed, communicative, and organized individuals to fill the role of Customer Service Specialists at a leading provider of innovative payment solutions and financial services.

✔ Your tasks:
- Contact with customers/banks (inbound or/and outbound).
- Solve problems, follow company rules, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with teams and partners to ensure smooth processes.
💎 Our requirements:
- Excellent command of German language (C1/C2).
- Good command of English language (B1+/B2).
- Any experience in customer service will be beneficial.
- Proactivity and the ability to organize your work environment.
- Willingness to work hybrid from Kraków office.
- Training in the office in Krakow, 3-4 weeks, 8 hours every day from Monday to Friday.
