What you'll do
Within the Member Service department you will carry out the following duties:
Recording orders, queries and forwarding tasks to other departments.
Following up on incidents until they are resolved.
Managing the fax and email of Members.
Providing information, searching and following up on articles with supply issues for members.

How you'll work
One full-time vacancy with a split shift (09:00 - 13:30 h / 17:00 - 20:00 h), Monday to Friday, with 1 alternate Saturday from 9:00 to 14:00 h.
One full-time vacancy with a split shift (09:30 - 14:00 h / 17:30 - 20:30 h), Monday to Friday, with 1 alternate Saturday from 9:00 to 14:00 h.
Your salary will be 10.16 euros gross/hour
You will work in Gavá, in an industrial estate area, so you will need a car or motorbike.
Temporary contract with the possibility of joining the permanent staff.
Requirements
- Intermediate Vocational Training in Pharmacy and Parapharmacy (or similar).
- Accustomed to working with computer systems.
- Good communication skills and customer orientation.
- Education: Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle
- Languages: Catalan C2
- Experience: 1 year
