Our Customer Relationship Center (CRC) in downtown Winston-Salem is a state-of-the-art facility supporting 54 dealerships and 26 brands across NC and VA.
We're hiring driven, goal-oriented Customer Service & Inside Sales Reps who love a fast-paced environment and want control over their earning potential. What You'll Do (High Volume, High Reward) • Manage Outbound & Inbound Volume: Confidently handle a high volume of daily customer connections via phone, email, chat, and text • Set Appointments: Engage with customers to understand their vehicle sales or service needs and secure high-quality appointments for our dealership teams • Master the Tech: Navigate modern CRM systems and digital tools to build customer profiles, provide price quotes, and document interactions efficiently • Hit Daily Targets: Bring a proactive, competitive energy to hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance milestones to maximize your commission checks • Collaborate with dealership staff, brand partners, and marketing teams to support lead generation and conversion
Who We're Looking For • The Driven Mindset: Highly organized, resilient on the phones, and genuinely motivated by performance-based metrics • Strong Communicators: Professional verbal and written skills with the ability to build quick rapport over the phone • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable multi-tasking across CRM systems and digital communication tools • Reliable: Ability to work a reliable, full-time schedule on-site at our Winston-Salem facility • High school diploma or equivalent required • No automotive experience required – we train for success!
