Customer Service Intern

FUNCTION SUPPORT

Support the team in monitoring customer satisfaction and customer-related KPIs.

Track deliveries from logistics providers to customers, ensuring a high-quality service.

Support the resolution of operational issues related to orders and deliveries.

Assist with the creation and maintenance of customer data in company systems.

Support return management activities and customer claims handling.

Support daily invoicing activities and the processing of credit notes and returns.

Assist with month-end activities and other recurring operational tasks.

SYSTEM & DIGITALIZATION

Support process automation and digitalization projects.

Gain experience with CRM tools used to manage customer interactions and communications.

Learn how automation technologies support order management processes.

Support EDI-related activities and customer integrations.

Assist in maintaining databases, dashboards, and reports related to customer service and logistics performance.

Support performance analysis and root cause investigations.

ANALYSIS AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Monitor and analyse service level and logistics performance KPIs.

Support the analysis of order trends and service performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Support continuous improvement projects and testing activities.

CUSTOMER COLLABORATION

Be part of the journey to start collaborating with customers.

Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver improvements.

Finds opportunities to deliver efficiency, understanding customers’ needs and influencing their behavior. Finds solutions bringing mutual benefits.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering or related fields.

Strong interest in Customer Service and Operations.

High level of analytical capability.

Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.

Good Excel skills.

Presentation and reporting skills.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Enthusiastic fast learner.

Fluent in Italian and English.

Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Monthly internship allowance: €800 + meal vouchers
