Customer Service Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos (in person — proximity to Lekki required)
Pay: ₦450,000 – ₦500,000 per month.

Requirements:
√ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
√ Minimum 5 years of recent, proven experience in a B2B or B2C customer service environment, including at least 3 years in a senior customer service or customer relations management role
√ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/customer service platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, Gorgias, or similar
√ Experience handling customer enquiries across email, live chat, WhatsApp, telephone, and social media
