Your Responsibilities: -
Mentor the customer service team to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets.
Oversee sales lead management, proposal generation, service engagement forms (eSEF), invoicing, and major client accounts.
Manage daily customer service operations, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, complaints, service issues, and escalations.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation, lead digital transformation initiatives, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Establish and monitor KPIs, service standards, and monthly operational reports to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and efficiency.
Analyze customer feedback, service trends, and operational challenges to identify root causes and implement service improvements, departmental procedures, and training programs.
You will need: -
- Degree in Business Admin
- Min 2 years exp in relevant industry
