Job scope
- Welcome customers enquiring about mobile issues
- Basic technical troubleshoot for the handphone and explain it to customers
- Attend to service customer enquiries promptly and politely
- Ensure data entry of keying of customer’s details and mobile details with accuracy
- Cooperate closely with technician especially for the handover of mobile handset and customer info
Requirements
- Love to interact with customers
- 5.5 days working including weekends and PH
- Able to converse in Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts
- Candidates who are able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
- Comfortable with 2 months contract
